The Sound Midwife creates a space for women in midlife to rest, reconnect, and remember.

Kylie-Ann is a Certified Nurse Midwife, Sound Practitioner, and Psychosomatic Guide who works at the intersection of softness, resilience, and remembering.

As someone who has held women through beginnings, endings, and the quiet spaces in between, she now holds space for women in midlife as they navigate the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that accompany this season of becoming. It is it’s own kind of birth.

It is where modern life pauses long enough for the body, the mind, and the spirit to speak.
It is where sound becomes medicine, stillness becomes ceremony, and midlife becomes a season of returning..
